UB40. The name comes from an English government program to help the poor “Unemployment Benefits form 40″. The measure did not enjoy popular support. The band UB40 did enjoy much popular support, mostly performing covers (“Red Red Wine”, “I got you babe”, “Keep on moving”). They do have some excellent original music, such as this song. Check out the dub effects (the space-age synthesizer sounds).
